Viewing the Status of Your Listings (Active, Pending Review, Expired, Sold) on markto.ch
All your listings and their current status can be viewed in the “My Ads” (Meine Anzeigen) section — the central place for managing everything you’ve posted.
How to Check Listing Statuses
- Log in to your account
Go to markto.ch → click “Anmelden” / “Login” (top right) → sign in with your email/password or social login. - Access “My Ads”
After logging in:
- Click your profile icon or username (top right corner).
- In the dropdown menu, select “Meine Anzeigen” (My Ads) or “Meine Inserate” (My Listings).
- On mobile: Tap the menu (three lines) → look for “My Ads” or profile → listings.
- Understand the status labels
Inside “My Ads”, listings are usually grouped or tagged with one of these statuses: Status Meaning What it looks like / what happens Active / Aktiv Live and visible to everyone in search and categories Normal listing card, clickable to view/edit Pending Review / In Prüfung Ad is submitted but not yet approved (common for first ads or flagged items) Usually shows “Wird geprüft” or pending badge Scheduled / Geplant Set to publish at a future date/time Shows planned date/time, not visible to buyers yet Sold / Verkauft You marked it as sold (or system auto-detected) Grayed out or “Verkauft” label, removed from public search Expired / Abgelaufen Ad reached end of visibility period (usually 30–90 days) Still in your list but not shown publicly Draft / Entwurf Saved but never published Only visible to you, can edit and publish anytime Rejected / Abgelehnt Violates rules (prohibited item, spam, etc.) Red flag or “Abgelehnt” label, reason may be shown - Quick actions from the list
- Click any listing to open full view
- Edit → change price, photos, description, status
- Mark as sold → removes from public view
- Renew / Republish → for expired ads
- Delete → permanently remove
- Preview → see exactly what buyers see
Tips
- Refresh the page if statuses look outdated.
- If an ad is missing: check you’re logged in with the correct account; contact support via footer “Kontaktieren Sie uns” if needed.
- Check regularly — active ads can expire automatically, and pending ones may need follow-up.
This is your single place to see at a glance which listings are live, waiting, sold, or expired. Keep it clean by marking sold items promptly.
