  • Initial contact → platform message form (forwards to email)
  • Ongoing conversation → WhatsApp, email, phone/SMS (seller’s choice)
  • Calls → direct phone call to the number shown (if visible)

Common Issues & Fixes

1. Message form not sending / “chat” not working

  • You’re not logged in → most forms require login. Log in → refresh → retry.
